Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DAXIN ENERGY AI Social Media Agent processes information when authorized business users connect accounts and publish content.
1. Information we process
We may process administrator account details; TikTok account identifiers, display name and avatar returned through authorized scopes; OAuth access and refresh tokens; original media selected by the user; captions, privacy and interaction settings; publishing IDs and statuses; audit records; and business enquiry information submitted through our RFQ form.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate authorized users, display the connected account, prepare and review business content, submit user-confirmed publishing requests, retrieve publishing status, protect the service and support business enquiries.
3. TikTok data and permissions
The application requests only the permissions required for the demonstrated functions: user.info.basic and video.publish. TikTok information is not used to publish without the authorized user's explicit final confirmation.
4. Storage and security
Platform credentials are stored in encrypted form in the protected application environment. Access to content, credentials, publishing controls and enquiry records is restricted to authorized administrators.
5. Sharing
We do not sell connected-account data. Information is transmitted to TikTok only as necessary to provide the user-requested Login Kit and Content Posting API functions, or where disclosure is required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for legitimate operational, security and legal needs. An authorized user may disconnect TikTok access through TikTok account settings and may request deletion of application-held account information through our contact page.
7. Your choices
Users decide whether to connect TikTok, which original video to select, what caption and settings to use, and whether to confirm publishing. Users may stop before confirmation without submitting a post.
