Terms of Service
These terms govern authorized use of DAXIN ENERGY AI Social Media Agent.
1. Authorized business use
The application is provided for authorized DAXIN ENERGY business users and approved reviewers. Users must protect their login credentials and may not access the service on behalf of another person without authorization.
2. Connected platforms
Use of TikTok and other connected platforms is also subject to those platforms' applicable terms, policies and developer requirements. Users are responsible for maintaining permission to operate the connected account.
3. Content responsibility
Users must select content they own or are authorized to publish. Users are responsible for checking captions, claims, intellectual-property rights, privacy, interaction settings, disclosures and music usage before confirming a post.
4. User-controlled publishing
The application presents a final review step. A publishing request is sent only when the authorized user actively clicks the confirmation control. Users must not attempt to bypass this workflow.
5. Prohibited use
The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or unauthorized content; credential sharing; interference with platform security; or activity that violates connected-platform rules.
6. Availability
Connected-platform services may change, delay or reject a request. The application displays the status received from the relevant platform and does not guarantee that a submitted post will be published.
7. Suspension
Access may be restricted where necessary to protect accounts, comply with law or platform rules, investigate misuse or maintain service security.
